Dash Café: Family Affair
The Dash Cafes are free events featuring live music, film, performance literature and discussion, that provide opportunities to participate and encounter work that sheds new light on the region of the Post Soviet States.
Join Dash Arts and the City of London Sinfonia for an evening of live music and conversation as, we discuss the complex legacy of growing up in an artistic family with composers Russian American viola-player Ljova, son of rock opera composer Alexander Zhurbin, Gabriel Prokofiev grandson of Sergei Prokofiev and Elena Langer, accompanied by musicians from the CLS who will present musical snapshots of each of our collaborators' work.
