BBT Unwrapped: Trombone Masterclass: Jorgen van Rijen
Dutch trombonist Jorgen van Rijen is committed to promoting his instrument by commissioning new works and bringing the existing repertoire to a broader audience.
He is a specialist on both the modern and baroque trombone and, as well as his role as principal trombone with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, he is in demand as a soloist.
For this revealing masterclass van Rijen is on stage with students of the Royal Academy of Music where he is a visiting professor.
Please note - this free event requires a ticket. You can reserve your ticket online (£1.75 transaction fee) or by phone on 0844 847 9910 (£2.75 transaction fee).
