Swoosh

Swoosh is a mischievous trashpop outlet from Danish/Croatian musician Nikoline Sunshine. Her spontaneity and frisky attitude are manifested in the raw and up front sound that oozes kitsch synths, sexy riffs, fresh vocals and fierce, unusual beats. It is a hazardous soundtrack to an intense and cinematic life and as such it becomes an encouragement for everyone to follow their urges and dare more.

Swoosh’s single Multicolour, released in 2014, was picked up by local radio stations in London and Berlin, following the documentary that was made about Nikoline on the national Danish radio station DR P6 Beat. Since then she has played numerous concerts around Denmark, including the festivals Way Up North and Copenhagen Vesterbro Festival. She has previously worked in the famous Red Bull Studio in Copenhagen and is currently collaborating with various profiled producers to finish up her debut LP as well as playing gigs in the UK throughout the summer of 2015.
