Never miss another 'Sylvester Stallone' show
An Evening With: Sylvester Stallone
Sylvester Stallone is to make his West End theatre debut when An Evening with Sylvester Stallone, previously announced at Central Hall Westminster on January 11th, will now be staged at the world famous London Palladium.
One of the most popular movie stars of all time, from the breakthrough Rocky in 1976 - nominated for 10 Oscars - to his latest blockbuster movie franchise, The Expendables, Sylvester Stallone will share private moments and insights from his outstanding career as he is interviewed on stage by Gold Radio's Dean Martin. There will then be a Q & A session with the chance for members of the audience to ask questions.
'When people meet me they're often surprised. I talk a great deal. I consider myself something of a raconteur. I have a rather audacious sense of humour', he says. 'I've had such a long career and so many ups and downs. I have a big mix of wonderful stories and colourful anecdotes'.
Action movie legend Sylvester Stallone established worldwide recognition as an actor, writer and director when he played the title role in his own screenplay of Rocky, which won the Academy Award in 1976 for Best Picture. He has gone on to star in, write, produce and direct almost 90 movies and is one of Hollywood’s biggest box office draws.
