Europe’s largest free from family day out is back, bigger and better than ever before at Olympia Grand.

The Allergy & Free From Show is the only place where you can try and buy thousands of free from goodies; from food and drink to cosmetics, skin and lifestyle products, allergy and hayfever solutions.

You'll also be able to see a host of top chefs who will run cooking classes, designed to inspire the chef hiding within. If you want to teach your kids about their allergies, Allergy Adventures will return with their special area just for children, teaching them that having an allergy should never stop them from living safe, happy and healthy lives.

You too can learn more about your condition from the people who know the most in The Learning Centre and Spotlight Sessions with talks from UK experts in allergies, coeliac disease, eczema and asthma.
