Hakt Presents: Development
The past 12 months have been crazy for DevelopMENT's James Lowe. He is now a very influential producer credited with bringing an even bassier twist to the already burgeoning sounds of UK house popping off in Birmingham. His unique take on the wobs and claps found in contemporary Jackin' has left him well sought after. This has resulted in numerous collaborations with the likes of Brent Kliner, Taiki Nulight and Trilla. All of his releases have been well received with many of them being released through Party Like Us, Four40 records, Bloc Beatz and FAT!Records. With support from the likes of AC Slater, My Nu Leng and Marcus Nasty, DevelopMENT will surely remain a key player in the scene. His most recent mix for the 902 Music Group is proof of his abilities to seamlessly blend all types of bass music to create a well-executed but thoroughly enjoyable DJ set.
