KCMS Kathleen Ferrier Prizewinner's Recital
We are delighted to welcome Gemma Summerfield (soprano) and Sebastian Wybrew (piano) for a soirée of song, including works by Debussy, Strauss and MacMillan.
At the 2015 Kathleen Ferrier Competition, young soprano Gemma Lois Summerfield 'swept the board' winning both the prestigious 1st prize and the Loveday Song Prize.
These awards are gratefully received by Gemma in full recognition of the support from duo partner pianist Sebastian Wybrew, teacher Rosa Mannion and coach Simon Lepper.
