Dele’s career began when he joined Fela Anikulapo-Kuti’s band Egypt 80 back in 1979. He was Fela’s loyal keyboardist for a solid seven years, recording and touring extensively with him around the globe.

Today Dele continues to fly the Afrobeat flag performing his own special blend of complex but highly danceable funk grooves, Nigerian traditional music, African percussion, jazz horns and rhythmic singing.
