Jas Kayser

Jas is an active musician in Boston, New York, and London. For this special EFG London Jazz Festival show, she will be joined by an all Berklee Alumni quintet, formed by Tyrone Allen, Margaux Vranken, Lior Tzemach, Cosimo Boni and herself.
With the help of top class musicians as mentors such as Ralph Peterson, Neal Smith and Terri Lyne Carrington she has played with various bands and artists like Jacques Schwartz-Bart, Ralph Peterson, Luciana Souza and Donald Harrison at venues such as Scullers Jazz Club, Ryle’s Jazz Club, Wally’s Cafe and Rockwood Music Hall etc. She has also represented Berklee at the Panama Jazz Festival 2018 with the BGJI sextet, the Next Gen Monterey Jazz Festival 2018 with Ethan Santos Quintet. She is currently preparing to perform and teach at the Newport Jazz Festival Summer Camp and the Dominican Republic Jazz Festival.
