On Saturday December 7th, London clubnight Des Was a Bowie Fan returns to Jamboree in the east end for a pre-Christmas special. Indiepop, new wave, post-punk, 60s Pop and Northern Soul dancing till 2am at the centuries-old Five Bells and Blade Bone pub that is now the venue's home.
The Shangri-Las to The Smiths, Brigitte Bardot to Belle and Sebastian, Roy Orbison to The Raincoats, Dusty Springfield to Depeche Mode, The Beach Boys to Ballboy, Jackie Wilson to Joy Division, Buddy Holly to David Bowie.
