Operacoast

A concert given by singers and pianists from OperaCoast’s ‘Sing Russian’ project, in which young singers who have never sung Russian before present a recital of Russian songs following three weeks of intensive coaching.

This concert of words and music marks the centenary of the Russian Revolution and celebrates the Silver Age of Russian poetry, led by Alexander Blok, which lasted from the last decade of the nineteenth century to the Russian Civil War.
