The Glasgow based four piece brass act were the winners of the Parliamentary Jazz Award for Ensemble of the Year in 2011 and to see them live it's no surprise. They play an engaging and witty mix of modern contemporary jazz with an accessible and unpretentious approach that draws in aficionados as well as general music lovers.
The band are Ryan Quigley on trumpet, Paul Towndrow on alto sax, Konrad Wiszniewski on tenor sax and Allon Beauvoisin on baritone saxophone and they also play some crowd-pleasing funk and pop favourites.
