Mindfulness & Concentration
Everyone can benefit from improving their mindfulness and concentration. The ability to overcome distractions enables us to complete daily activities without stress and is the foundation for training in the path of meditation which leads to profound happiness and peace of mind. In this event the teacher will present simple practical methods of mindfulness and concentration that everybody can integrate into their daily lives.
Anyone can attend this meditation event; they are suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience. The event includes a 30 minute break and is followed by a vegetarian lunch from 1pm. Everyone is welcome.
