Hailing from Galway, Ireland , London-based singer-songwriter Hubert Murray is best known for his work with bluegrass acts The Hot Rock Pilgrims and Land's End.
Tonight sees the launch of his solo EP, Shorten The Road, a meeting point of folk and blues at its finest. Murray's soulful voice is full of raw energy and ably matched by his impressive guitar stylings, from fierce bottleneck slide to delicate figer picking.
