The Basement at Green Note is hosting the best of early Blues and Jazz.
Featuring Melissa James - think Roberta Flack meets Joan Armatrading and Amos Lee as they cross paths with blues man, Eric Bibb and you’d be getting close. Melissa’s music fuses her love of blues, folk, country and jazz bundled in a package of soul, taking you on mini detours which draw you into her sometimes raw and innermost thoughts. Combined with the velvety power through which she delivers, expect a performance which will leave your spine tingling.
