A harmonious blend of some of the UK's dance music heroes old and new: Anz's multi-genre gems, Riz La Teef's arsenal of dubplates and Ehua's command of rolling percussion join dance floor stalwarts Scratcha DVA and Ikonika. Floor 2 sees the brainchild of three of South London-based's finest rolling out breaks, bass and beyond.

Stepping up for round two at Bussey Building, Switch pits three veterans against three of the UK’s sharpest up and comers. In the blue corner, we have the extravagant tag-team of Lady Lykez and Scratcha DVA / DVA Hi:Emotions, the producer / wizard behind her recent Muhammad Ali EP for Hyperdub, a fiery combo of gqom and grime inspired instrumentals and Lykez’s dancehall vocals. Their performance will channel a decade of collaboration in the studio and on the stage.

Ikonika joins Scratcha in the ranks of pioneering producers and has been a core player in Hyperdub’s roster for over ten years. Since her regular show on Radar Radio and her debut at Switch in 2017, she’s firmly established herself as one of our all time favourite DJs with sets that run the gamut from grime, kuduro, funky, techno and club-ready RnB.

Earlier this year, Anz. dropped an explosive 50 minute mix of her own productions, made mostly within the space of one month. It is ample proof that she’s one of Manchester’s most exciting producers and has the DJ chops to match. She's joined in the red corner by Riz La Teef, the 100% vinyl grime and garage spinna who'll hopefully be dropping some of his golden dubplates, and Ehua, who’s been pushing boundaries with her take on UK funky and hard drum.

Floor 2 is hosted by Overtone LDN, the young crew of South London firestarters. Holloway, Simkin and Tayls run an excellent little rave across various Peckham basements and are talented purveyors of breaks, bass and techno. We’re blessed to have them in the building.
