Finding Love At Christmas

Christmas. A time of peace on earth and love for all human kind. But also a time of fabulous parties and the possibility of finding love. In this talk, evolutionary anthropologist and relationship scientist Dr. Anna Machin takes you on a tour of the science of love and dating.

Using the latest research from the fields of psychology, neuroscience, genetics and behavioural science she will explain what makes us attractive to others and what gets us hot under the collar about someone else, how we fall in love and what keeps us there, how our genetics and psychology make our experience of dating and love individually unique and, using over ten years of experience in the field of love research, what science can teach us about being a success in the dating game.
