Bow East Whitechapel Bengali Women's Groups Celebration

The newly formed Bow East Bengali Women’s group have recently participated in a weekly health & wellbeing course facilitated by WHFS and will be celebrating and sharing what they have learnt with other similar groups at the Brady Centre. There will be a joint exercise class followed by a healthy buffet lunch and the opportunity to learn about Volunteering opportunities in the borough.
