Please note that the artists appearing may be subject to change.
Much in demand as an act, Alistair Barrie has forged a reputation for himself as one of the top comperes to emerge in recent years. His deceptively friendly and engaging stage presence masks a sharp, dry wit which can be turned to subjects as diverse as suicide bombers in the Middle East to the perils of flying EasyJet.
Despite a fondness for topical material, any performance is likely to be peppered with some inspired silliness and a little audience-related improvisation.
'Eloquent, slick and dynamic' (http://www.Chortle.co.uk)
'One of the circuit's classiest stand ups’ (London is Funny)
'Smart, slick and truly funny. Don't take my word for it, check him out yourself’ (Bruce Dessau, Beyond The Joke)
'Barrie has a casually sardonic sense of humour and is sharp as a guillotine blade. Woe betide the bloody fool who tries to heckle him' (Cape Town Argus).

An official Channel 4 survey of the 100 Greatest Stand-ups Ever placed Stewart Lee at number 41. His mother, whom he loves dearly, thinks Tom O'Connor the better comedian, having seen him do a joke about a sardine on a cruise ship ten years ago. And he isn't even in the top 100...
'The funniest, most cliche-free comedian on the circuit' (Ricky Gervais).
'Superlative... Remains one of the best stand-ups in the country' (Metro)
'Marvellously funny: mordant, thoughtful and crafted' (Observer)
'There's a wealth of evidence to suggest that in the last few years, Lee has gone completely mad' (The Guardian).
Stewart Lee tour dates
This versatile comedy veteran delivers a highly improvised set which can cover a vast range of subjects and material. As seen on Mock The Week, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, The Now Show, The News Quiz and Loose Ends.
Chortle Award Winner 2009 and Winner of the Time Out Outstanding Comedy Achievement Award.
'Robin Ince is thoughtful, provocative and very funny' (The Times)
'When someone writes a history of modern comedy, they should make room for Robin Ince' (The Guardian).
Robin Ince tour dates
This popular stand-up and TV comedian is well-known for his appearances on the pop music quiz show Never Mind The Buzzcocks. His career as a performer began in 1984 when he quit his job as a civil servant to follow a new direction as a performance poet on the alternative comedy circuit and supporting bands such as The Style Council and The Housemartins. During the late '80s he worked with Billy Bragg, directing videos for both Bragg and Kirsty MacColl.
Phill has an abiding love and in-depth knowledge of popular music, particularly ska, bluebeat and rhythm and blues. His hugely successful standup tours have included Jedi, Steady, Go and Quadrophobia, and he has worked extensively on radio, variously as a contributor, panellist and presenter. He has also toured as part of The Blockheads line-up.
Phill Jupitus tour dates
Sara Pascoe is a British writer, stand-up comedian and actress. She has appeared in a number of television programmes - Campus, Live At The Apollo, QI, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Mock The Week among others - as well as an all-female sketch show and her own Edinburgh show, and runs comedy club The House Of Mirth.
Sara's stand-up is influenced by her joint favourite heroes, Jodie Marsh and Winston Churchill.
'Always intelligent and occasionally exquisite' (The Independent)
'Pascoe uses erudite references as just one strand of an offbeat worldview, offset by moments of gloriously deliberate dumbness and delivered with nothing less than full-megawatt charisma' (The Guardian)
'... defiantly idiosyncratic and highly accessible' (Evening Standard).

Andrew is a very fine Irish comedian and BAFTA Award winner who can keep an audience focused with accessible and unpretentious topical comedy which has a pinch of his unique laddishness.
'I've seen the future of Irish Comedy and its name is Andrew Maxwell' (Irish Times)
'... infuriatingly excellent... he delivers a superb set' (The Sunday Times)
'Stand up is rarely this politically well informed or thought-provoking' (The Scotsman)
'All you can do is revel in the mischief this comically attuned Dubliner makes... utter magic' (The List)
'A social sage for the fast changing world... a wealth of first-rate material' (Fest)
'One of the most significant comedians working in the country today' (The Independent)
'Expect pin-point accents, biting observations and suave stories... One of the
best comics around. Blissfully funny' (Time Out).
Andrew Maxwell tour dates
Christian's first gig was playing Orson Carson in the Perrier-awarded 'Rich Hall is Otis Lee Crenshaw'. He has since gone on to use his accomplished musicianship, extensive vocal range and love of music to establish himself as a global comedy circuit headliner; at international festivals, on BBC radio and TV and recently on the award-winning 'Richard Herring: As It Occurs To Me'.
'If you're a fan of Bill Bailey or Rich Hall, you're a Christian Reilly fan already' (The Guardian).
'The comedy equivalent of Motorhead slamming straight into Ace Of Spades' (The Scotsman).
Christian Reilly tour dates
The product of a strict Irish father and a glitzy Canadian 'stage mom', Katherine Ryan won neither friends nor pageant titles growing up. Try as she might to shed her questionable perspectives and super sparkly nature, she's not sure we can ever truly escape our childhood indoctrinations.
As well as being a writer-performer Katherine is also a talented actress and played the lead role of George in Victoria Pile's Channel 4 series Campus. Katherine also appeared regularly throughout the second series of EpisodeS as Merc's Assistant.
'She has perfect timing and enough attitude to stop an elephant in its tracks' (Time Out)
'If only every comedian was as acerbic, smart and downright funny as Katherine Ryan' (Eastern Daily Press)
'This entertaining hour... flies by... all the hallmarks of an increasingly assured
comic...' (Steve Bennett, Chortle)
'Warped wit... striking presence... killer lines... calm confidence' (The Scotsman)
'Young, smart and acridly funny' (The Sunday Times)
'Thoughtful, funny and just twisted enough' The Times).
Katherine Ryan tour dates
Addy van der Borgh has that rare talent of making people laugh as soon as he walks on stage. He is a great performer of highly acclaimed and original material, an ability noticed immediately by the BBC when he appeared on the Stand-up Show on BBC1 after only one year as a comedian. He has subsequently appeared on Live At The Comedy Store for Comedy Central, Live At Jongleurs and The World Stands Up for Sky TV and the BBC3 series from Baby Cow Productions, Brain Candy. He has also written and co-presented twenty episodes of TV Meltdown for Sky 1 with Kirsty Gallacher (2004 / 2005), has acted in a number of voiceovers for radio and television and has appeared on many radio shows including the legendary Loose Ends on Radio 4.
'An unassuming comic genius' (Metro)
'Brilliant natural clown' (The Daily Telegraph)
'... van der Borgh can reel off cracking gags and compete with the best freestylers such as Ross Noble' (Evening Standard)
'An excellent stand-up with intelligence and wit' (The Guardian)
