All Together Opera

All Together Opera is a Royal Opera House Learning and Participation Programme for people over 65 who live in Camden and Westminster. Through partnerships with local sheltered housing associations and lunch clubs, our artists deliver singing sessions in community venues giving the residents the chance to sing together, meet new people and find out more about opera.

For those who want to engage more with opera, we have formed the All Together Opera Company, a group that meets regularly at the ROH to explore operatic repertory, learn how to move and sing as a chorus and explore their own creativity through libretto and music writing. Today the group performs When the Night Wakes, a collection of music and poetry exploring the world of the night.
