Waterloo & Walter Scott
Join author Paul O’Keeffe as he talks about the Battle of Waterloo and the effect it had on contemporaries. Tourists flocked from Britain to witness the scene of the most important conflict of their generation including Walter Scott. The talk will include a dramatic performance of Scott’s epic poem ‘The Field of Waterloo’ in its entirety. 16+ event.
