Sign Of The Times

A middle aged Frank (Iain Hoskins), is a would-be spy novelist and head of installation at Forshaw’s, a commercial signage company. His reluctant, teenage trainee Alan (Kurtis Stacey) is more interested in listening to music and dreaming of great things than following Frank’s instructions.

We soon realise that this chalk-and-cheese duo have much more in common than they're prepared to admit, with the unexpected realisation that life doesn’t always work out the way you planned.

Three years on, we visit them once again and find everything has changed. In familiar territory - an emergency prompts them to confront some uncomfortable truths.
