Dave McCabe & The Ramifications
For a decade he was the frontman and main songwriter in seminal Liverpool psych-pop legends The Zutons. Garnering both critical and perhaps surprising commercial success along the way, including penning one of the biggest songs of the millennium so far ('Valerie', a hit both for The Zutons and also for Mark Ronson with Amy Winehouse’s ubiquitous cover version). His new project, Dave McCabe & The Ramifications, has a more electronic / dance feel.

The Sundowners are a five-piece band of siblings and friends from just across the Mersey, in The Wirral. They're cooking up a melting pot of musical influences including Fleetwood Mac, Crosby Stills and Nash, Rolling Stones and Muddy Waters. After taking their time, writing real songs, putting on great gigs and capturing an avid audience around the country, they did a knockout performance on The BBC Introducing Stage at none other than Glastonbury Festival. "The Sundowners are an undoubtedly exciting prospect with a very defined sense of who they are" - NME.
