To kick off their 2018, Uppstar are extremely excited to announce that the second instalment of Uppstar Live is here...

On Friday 23rd March they're returning to one of the most distinctive, intimate and raw venues Liverpool has to offer - North Shore Troubadour.

Come and join them down on the docks for a night delving deep into the melodic end of the techno spectrum, exploring a new direction within the techno sphere. They've secured another special lineup for this one and can't wait to see what these excellent curators have in store.

JOBE will be coming to Liverpool for a headline set in what is his first ever visit to the city. Being one of the finest melodic techno producers the UK has to offer, Uppstar are very eager to experience what is sure to be a mesmerizing set. Boasting an extensive catalogue of releases on labels such as Chapter 24, Steyoyoke and Connaisseur he’s certainly earned a much respected reputation within the scene and we have no doubt he’ll supply a show that entices and awakens anyone to his unique sound and style.

Alongside, Uppstar proudly welcome back Mia Mendi (Suah / Rhetorical) who hugely impressed at the launch party back in December with an extremely powerful set, immersing the crowd from start to finish – Uppstar thought it would be best to invite them back to do it all over again.

Also joining the lineup, Uppstar’s very own duo – Seeba who certainly gained deserved recognition after they closed the night back in December with a special B2B set with the headliner Kris Davis.

As always the aesthetic is extremely important, so expect your senses to be submerged into an array of vibrant and immersive lighting and visual effects.
