Following the success of his first ever Mind Over Muscle Day Camps this summer, No. 1 Sunday Times Best Selling Author Ant Middleton has announced two new dates at Merseyside's Altcar Training Camp on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd November 2019.
Ant Middleton's Mind Over Muscle: Day Camps are one of a kind. This is not just for members of the SAS or for those who've lived to the extreme, this is for everyone looking to push themselves beyond their limits. Through a carefully curated day course, including a series of extreme exercises, Ant and his team will push you beyond your own boundaries, equipping you with tools to overcome all forms of adversity.
The day will include full briefing, team and individual physical activities, talks throughout the day from Ant on mental and physical strength plus a section on nutrition. Lunch and refreshments are included and the day will conclude with a team photo opportunity with Ant plus a Mind Over Muscle water bottle and t-shirt.
