National Youth Jazz Orchestra (NYJO)

NYJO is a glittering showcase for the country's best young musicians and known for its unique swinging big band sound which can be enjoyed by non-jazz audiences and jazz-lovers alike. They have been voted the best Big Band in the British Band Awards on no fewer than four occasions and as John Dankworth reminded us, 'Forget the word youth, this is one of the best bands you will ever hear'.
