'Frolicsome and carefree, earthy and robust - lust!'

After their smash-hit success A Slice of Saturday Night, The Heather Brothers collaborated once again the wildly entertaining musical Lust, which premiered in London at the Theatre Roayal, Haymarket in1993.

The show is set in London in the year 1661 and although a period romp, has a lot to say to the modern audience. Lust: this classic farce takes Wycherley's spirited Restoration comedy and turns it into a saucy romp with 24 songs from the title number to romantic ballads, duets and comic gender poems. The show's comic themes show up the characters, show up the characters in all their pomposity and self deluding ways and is a big pock at over inflated egos.

The story brings everyone down together to realise the characters frailties and need for real love and compassion.
