Thin White Duke - The Authentic Tribute to David Bowie.
TWD have been a favourite on the tribute scene for the best part of a decade now and the current line up is the strongest yet.
The band takes its name and look from the 'Thin White Duke' character that Bowie made famous on the 1976 Isolar/Station to Station tour. The front man's outfit is a faithful recreation of the black bell bottom trousers, waistcoat and wide collared white shirt worn by Bowie during that period. The look of TWD may be fixed on what some consider to be his best ever stage persona but their music spans the decades of the Starman's back catalogue. Each track is carefully constructed to mirror the sound of the original artist as closely as possible and the two hour set is guaranteed to get any venue rocking.
Bowie fans looking for the authentic tribute to the 'Main Man' need look no further than the 'Thin White Duke'.
