An Evening Of Live Classical Music & Opera

An evening of live classical music & opera which will be held on 5th September 2020 on the lawns at Yatton Court, Aymestrey, HR6 9SU.

Tickets are £15 (15 and under £7.50), there will be a licensed bar and please feel free to bring your own picnic.

Gates open at 5pm with music from 6pm. Limited Gazebo hire is also available.

Due to Covid and social distancing, tickets will be limited and will be sold on a first come first served basis.

FAQs:

Every effort will be made to help you maintain 2m distance from other audience members and performers when attending our show but please act responsibly and remember to follow all social distancing guidelines.

Tickets must be booked in advance and cannot be purchased on the door. All tickets will be electronic with names checked on arrival.

Toilets will be available on site. Please only use them if urgent.

Hand sanitiser stations will be available.

Please consider wearing a mask when entering and exiting the venue and taking it off for the performance/your picnic.

Bring chairs or blankets to sit on if you prefer. Ticket Holders with chairs may be directed to sit behind those sitting on the ground.

You are welcome to bring your own food & drink, but please take all litter away with you.

Please arrive in good time prior to performance start time. Please be patient and queue when asked. Latecomers may not be admitted.

If you have any Covid symptoms please do not attend; we will be able to refund your ticket if you cannot attend for this reason (less booking fee).

The venue is wheelchair accessible but please do notify us in advance so the necessary arrangements can be made.

Wet Weather & Covid:

We will only cancel/stop the concert if the conditions become genuinely unsafe. If the performance area has begun to flood or if there is a lightning storm we will cancel/stop the concert. We will carry on the concert in light to medium rain. In heavy/torrential rain downpours we will halt the concert (hopefully allowing everyone to find shelter somewhere) before continuing when the downpour has stopped. This is due to the fact that the concert may not be audible in heavy rain! If the heavy rain is persistent then the performers may make the call to stop the show entirely. If the concert is cancelled before 10am on the 5th September then we will transfer tickets to a postponed performance at the same venue and / or offer refunds if alternative performances are not suitable or cannot be arranged. If the concert is stopped after the performances have started then we will not be able to refund the full price of tickets but may, at our discretion, choose to provide a partial refund.

In the event we are unable to go ahead with the concert due to a local lockdown or covid outbreak then we will provide a full refund to those who have purchased tickets.

Due to the changing nature of covid and any related restrictions, the line up may be subject to last minute changes.

All proceeds will be split between Aymestrey Village Hall and Aymestrey & Leinthall PCC with a bucket collection being taken for the Midlands Air Ambulance at the event itself.
