It's a bit of a 'Greatest Hits' collection tonight as we welcome back 3 acts we've featured before, albeit not for quite some time.
Doomed Bird of Providence
Last time they played for us (at the Railway) Doomed Bird were singing tales of Australian history and the ensuing woe. Their most recent album however (CAAD album of the year 2017) is an epic instrumental work which is going to amazing in the chapel space.
Marbles Jackson
Dreamy waves of sound from some of the nicest people you could meet, Marbles Jackson are poised to release their second album. This band's T shirt is my most worn item of all time. Great on record but really special live.
Pancake Promises (EP launch)
The man who created a Record Store Day conga line in Fives is back. Hotly anticipated.
Plus hopefully a rather charming little film. Please note this also marks a return to the Fishermen's chapel which is alcohol free. You may bring your own drinks but please respect this as it is an active place of worship plus we support the concept of healthier gigs.
