Under the light of the moon, we follow the story of four young lovers as they become ensnared by the magic of the forest and the trickery of mischievous sprite Puck. Throw in the warring King and Queen of the fairies and a misfit band of actors performing a play within a play, and the lines between fantasy and reality soon become blurred…

This Summer, journey with us into the enchanted forest for our vibrant new production of William Shakespeare‘s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, directed by Curve Associate Artist Nick Winston (Director of Bugsy Malone, Choreographer Grease and Legally Blonde).

This magical Made at Curve production will be a fun mix of contemporary pop songs and dance, married with the Bard’s beautiful language. For the first time ever, we will be bringing together our Curve Young Company and Community actors to create this bold and ambitious reimagining, in true celebration of local and emerging talent.
