A Super Happy Story
Sally Mackenzie is a happy person. She doesn’t let little things get her down, she almost never cries, and she’s always the life and soul of any party. But she’s also got an illness – one that makes her feel like she isn’t the person she wants to be... but she doesn’t want anyone to know about it.
A Super Happy Story (About Feeling Super Sad) is a brand new show from Silent Uproar about mental illness, getting better, and our fear of what other people think.
Written by Jon Brittain (Margaret Thatcher Queen of Soho, Rotterdam, What Would Spock Do?), and mixing elements of storytelling, live music and sketch comedy, it's a fun, silly and sad show for anyone who has a brain that hasn’t always been on their side.
