New York saxophonist Greg Osby joins the magnificent Swiss trio Vein, to produce a powerful, passionate quartet. Since the ’80s, when Osby was a crucial member of the renowned M-Base Collective, working with the likes of Steve Coleman, he’s made an indelible mark on contemporary jazz. Together they produce groove-heavy, lyrical, rhythmically and harmonically complex pieces, fizzing with crackling energy.
