An Evening Of Tragedy
The Yorkshire Symphony Orchestra is now 90 players strong, and counting!
Come and see this huge force in action on the 22nd of October at Left Bank Leeds!
The Yorkshire Symphony Orchestra presents and evening of Halloween themed music, starting off with a world premier by Ben Crick - An 1812 Overture.
This is followed by Schuberts 'Tragic' 4th Symphony. They continue the evening with another world premier, this time by composer James Powley who has been commissioned to compose a tone poem for solo tenor, dancers and symphony orchestra based on the moores murders.
They finish the evening's concert with Rachmaninoff's Isle of the Dead.
