The Tales Of Grimm Woods Presents The Story Trees

Sneaky Experience is transforming the rooms below Leeds Town Hall into a living storybook, inspired by the tales of the Brothers Grimm.

With performances tailored for young and old, each show will take the audience on a magical tour around the hidden depths of the Town Hall and the wonderful woods, which have sprouted in the crypt.

As well as the shows there’ll be a pop up bar in the Victorian Prison cells concealed beneath the steps of Leeds most famous building.

Step out of the bright lights of the city centre and join for a unique festive offering: Fairy stories and festive hot drinks in the daytime, twisted tales and cocktails at night.

For children up to 6 years old.

A show for those young enough to still believe in fairy tales. The breakfast performance is led by Goldilocks as she sets out on a festive mission to feed all the creatures of the deep dark wood with the help of Rapunzel, Rumpelstiltskin and Jack with his magic beans.

Sneaky love everyone to be part of the show; the audience will walk with Goldilocks through the various rooms; joining in and making plenty of noise along the way – this show is ideal for young children who don’t want to sit still and be quiet.

Come along and help the beautiful heroine beat the Wicked Witch and create the tastiest porridge the woods have ever seen. Once the story is told, the characters and creatures you’ve met along the way will gather for breakfast.

This Performance will last around 30minutes; the bar will be open after serving coffees, pastries and festive hot chocolates. There will be a buggy park and space for some prams along the performance route.
