Beekeeping Demonstrations

Find out more about bees and beekeeping through an informative demonstration by members of the Harrogate & Ripon Beekeepers’ Association. A free event to all visitors accessible with a Grounds & Below Stairs ticket, just turn up on the day.

The Harrogate and Ripon Beekeepers’ Association have a working apiary here in the Walled Garden at Harewood where they run Beekeeping Taster Days and demonstrations throughout the summer, helping people to find out more about bees and get some hands-on experience if they are thinking about keeping their own.

Every Saturday throughout Summer you can join them in the Walled Garden, to learn about the bees, see beekeeping skills in action, ask questions and find out about planting for bees, honey and more…
