With a likeable manner on stage belying some of the stronger content, Nelson often has audiences laughing at things they know they really shouldn’t be laughing at. An MA degree in Politics from Glasgow University supports his brilliantly topical writing and, although his stand-up is certainly not for the easily offended, the material is intelligent, well conceived and beautifully crafted, all supported by a very confident delivery. He is therefore a very sought-after comedian and writer, with both the skill and intellect to be able to adapt his material to suit and entertain any club, theatre or corporate audiences. Prepare to be shocked. 'A star in the making' (The List) 'An unquestionably talented writer and performer... great jokes, and lots of them' (The Daily Telegraph) 'A remarkably accomplished stage presence... blistering material which pushes dangerously near the boundaries of good taste' (The Sunday Times).

Newcastle's best export since Brown Ale. Gavin Webster's style of comedy is loud, sharp and controversial - and audiences love him for it. A definite Geordie, Gavin has superb stage presence. His material is bold and provocative yet delivered in a charming manner - which has brought him much praise and attention. 'Funny, clever and as brilliantly observed as you'll find' (The Scotsman) 'Palpably funny' (The Herald) 'His daftness is little short of surreal genius' (The Stage).

Comedy genius is an over used term and Damion Larkin is not a comedy genius. However, he really is very good indeed. This former stockbroker quit his lucrative profession in August 2004 to live the dream and has never looked back. He went full time in 2005 and is now destitute, relying on state handouts and begging. There are no genuine comparisons to this man. He is a versatile and creative comedian who always leaves audiences wanting more. 'Industrious in rotating his material... which is warmly and intelligently told' (Chortle) 'One of the country's top new comedians' (BBC).
