Re:Soul, everyone's favourite jazz/hip-hop/neo-soul jam session each month at Hirst's Yard, is Two Years Old in May!

We are throwing a huge birthday party as well as an end of term party for all our regular jammers/musicians finishing exams this same week. We have an enlarged 9 piece Re:Soul Allstars band with added brass plus TWO special guests bands/artists and a host of special guests sitting in with the house band.

Our guest featured bands/artists for this session are the big and firing global beats/jazz combo Necktr, who sit musically somewhere between Haitus Kaiyote and Snarky Puppy wih a dose of Brazilian beats and afrobeat in the mix. Opening act is one of Leeds' favourite and best soul/neo-soul singers Vanessa Jamie and her superb band. Onstage times are Vanessa 8:30pm and Necktr 9:30pm. The Re:Soul Allstars take to the stage at around 10:30pm.
