All England Theatre Festival - Divisional Quarter Final

The All-England Theatre Festival, now well into its eighth decade, is one of the most prestigious amateur drama events in the country. A unique, 6 month-long competition for one-act plays, it provides an opportunity for amateur groups across England to derive positive energy from both the fellowship of competition and the analysis of their performance by professional drama adjudicators.

The Western Division Quarter-Final sees the six First Round champions compete to represent the Division in the Semi-Final at Evesham on 9th May, with the possibility of finally representing England at the British Final of One-Act Plays in July.

Since all plays have already won a festival, a high standard of performance is guaranteed. The audience has the unique opportunity to see one-act plays and to listen to reviews of those plays from an independent professional expert.
