10 String Symphony

Nashville duo 10 String Symphony began as a partnership of mutual admiration and a much needed release valve for Rachel Baiman and Christian Sedelmyer, two 5 string fiddle players from the Nashville music scene.

Rachel needed an outlet for the new songs she was writing , whilst Christian, a member of The Jerry Douglas Band was looking to rekindle the spirit of rock bands he played with before his arrival in Nashville.

With the love of the 5 string fiddle and it's musical abilities as it's focal point, the duo's mission statement was a clear as it was expansive.

With Rachel also playing mandolin and banjo, 10 String Symphony create a dynamic musical stew that covers a wide range of acoustic based music, hitting on folk and bluegrass and delivered with a dash of rock and roll. Timeless fiddle melody is underscored by the duo's harmonies and singing which perfectly complement each other.
