Slam Dunk Warm-up
Just announced for Slam Dunk, Moose Blood play a warm-up at The Hippodrome.
In celebration of the release of the new album I Don't Think I Can Do This Anymore, the band returns once again to Kingston. They're certainly no strangers to Kingston having played a dozen times in venues from Bacchus to the Rose Theatre. They play straight to the heart, emo-driven rock.
Formed in 2012, Moose Blood is a four piece alternative / emo band hailing from Canterbury, Kent. Drawing influence from British and American emo bands popular in the mid to late 90s, Moose Blood combine intimate lyrics with a melodic sound to create songs epic in both scope and emotion.

The Dangerous Summer
Straightforward, earnest rock music seems to be a contradiction from the path popular music has strayed as of late. The need for genuine lyrics, purposeful direction and accessible melodies has been long overdue. The Dangerous Summer have crafted a throwback to the days when music was charged with hope and contained a much-needed brand of sincerity.

Margate, Kent-based 4-piece Epona take their inspiration from the more melancholy and introspective side of artists like Idlewild, Million Dead and The Smiths. Their material retains the drive and power reminiscent of 90's indie/emo, with a healthy dose of influence from the post-rock and dream pop spectrum.
