West Of Scotland Final Of The Scottish Community Drama Association's One Act Play Festival

Nine award-winning drama groups from across the West of Scotland will each perform a One-Act Play in The Palace Theatre, Kilmarnock between Friday 27 and Sunday 29 March 2015 as part of the West of Scotland Final of the Scottish Community Drama Association’s annual One-Act Play Festival.

After the performances, the audience will hear comments on each play from a professional adjudicator, followed by the presentation of trophies on Sunday 29 March for the Best Play, Plays placed Second and Third, and Best Staging.

The two plays placed first and second overall will go forward to the National Final of this prestigious Festival which will be held in Orkney at the end of April. There they will have the opportunity to compete for the title of Scottish Drama Champions and the chance to represent Scotland at the British Final later in the summer.
