Harper is a TV presenter, historian and raconteur. In his new show, he'll share amazing tales from the Georgian period that will make your hair curl...stories our history teachers didn’t teach us! Expect deadly fashions, wife selling, the cost of a carriage, tea smuggling, cosmetic surgery, health clubs, transportation to Australia, dating, the Georgian selfie and pub life, make up a tiny part of his ‘history stand up show’
David has been a BBC TV and Radio regular for 20 years and his show will also treat the audience to all the funny behind the scenes gossip from the BBC’s most popular antiques shows. Famous faces, world record prices and TV disasters! There will be a Q & A at each event as well as a chance to meet David after the show to obtain autographs and selfies
