Run Or Dye

Run or Dye, the world's most colourful 5km, will be coming to Ipswich on Saturday 25th July for a colour-filled 5km run through the scenic Chantry Park. Bringing the spectacular explosion of Run or Dye colour to Suffolk, the event will encourage runners and walkers of all ages and abilities to have fun and enjoy the most colourful running event the town has ever seen.

Participants can run dressed in white and run ready or in their favourite and most extravagant costumes. As part of registration all participants will receive a goody bag with their white t-shirt, their very own dye packs and plenty more to get geared up for the most colourful 5km ever experienced. After crossing the finish line, runners, and spectators, can celebrate in the world famous Dye Festival as the full force of the brilliant colours are blasted all around. The explosion of dye ensures that this really is the most colourful 5km in the world!
