Mike Fullerton & The VSGees

The songs cross music genres incorporating rock, blues, jazz, country and ballads and sporting a hot brass section adding counter rhythms and soaring instrumentals. Mike Fullerton on piano leads a distinctive sound.

The combination of harmonies, duets, call and response songs feature the fabulously versatile Lisa Abbott. The brass section is led by the consummate and renowned trumpeter Raul D'Oliveira, ably supported by Nigel Adams on trumpet and a stunning melodic flow of Charlotte Glasson on tenor sax.

The rhythm section of precision and flair is completed with Dave Barnard on bass and Alex Eberhard on drums.

The gig is an album launch of Roll On but will also feature some classic covers of Van Morrison, Big Joe Turner, Sam Cooke, Phil Everly and Etta James.
