Who were the outstanding British political leaders of the 20th Century? Author, diarist, and former minister, Chris Mullin assesses the qualities needed for successful political leadership. Chris caused a sensation with his political thriller 'A Very British Coup' about a titanic power-struggle between the Labour left, press barons and the Establishment, the television version of which won BAFTA and Emmy awards and was shown in more than 30 countries. He followed this with three volumes of diaries - the third ‘A Walk On Part’ was adapted for stage by Michael Chaplin and sold out in Newcastle and the West End.
