Have you ever wondered what it is like to be a circus performer? Wonder no more. Experience aerial equipment first hand with this beginners aerial circus workshop with Velma Von Bon Bon.

Learn the basics on aerial hoop, silks and rope in this hands on and legs off (the ground!) taster session.

Velma was voted in the UK’s top 10 burlesque performers 2014 and has been performing and teaching silks for the past 4 years. In this beginner taster session she will guide you through a thorough warm and show you the ropes (literally ha!) on three types of aerial equipment.

There will be opportunities to take photographs and the workshop will finish with a cool down session that can also be applied to general flexibility training at home.

Age suitability: 16 plus.
A basic level of fitness is advised. Not advised for people with serious injuries or back problems.

Please wear stretch clothes including long sleeves and leggings/jogging bottoms and bring water.

There are only 10 spaces on this workshop so early booking is advised.
