BUT if Dick is going to fulfil his destiny and become the Lord Mayor of London he is going to need all the help he can get from his friends and a whole host of hilarious and colourful characters along the way! And it certainly won't be all plain sailing - watch out for the dastardly Queen Rat who is out to thwart him at every turn...
