Happy Jack follows the lives of Jack and Liz, the grandparents of John Godber. He shows us their lives in reverse, from the final days together back to the point when they first met.

This journey shows us the tenderness of their love, as well as the volatility; the affection and the aggression; the compassion and the jealousy. We will also meet other characters, as they tell us the story of their life together.
