Keith Hutson

Former Coronation Street writer, and award-winning, internationally published poet Keith Hutson brings Troupers, his one-man show celebrating in poetry, patter and anecdote, the tough, joyous, tragic and always extraordinary lives of Music Hall artistes.

Halifax-based Keith’s performances are taking the worlds of poetry and comedy by storm. The poet laureate, Carol Ann Duffy, after seeing Keith perform, has invited him to read with her at the Royal Society of Literature, saying he is one of the most exciting voices she has heard.
